Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the ddb33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to satisfy any single requirement disqualifies you from holding an account.

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age. ddb33 does not permit accounts for any person under 21 under any circumstances, including jurisdictions where a lower legal gambling age applies.
• 2You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf with truthful personal information including your real full name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• 3Only one account per person is permitted. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across all duplicate accounts.
• 4You must not register or play if you have previously been self-excluded from ddb33 or any other gambling platform, or if you are aware that you are registered on any national self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction.
• 5ddb33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method ownership evidence) at any time. Failure to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ddb33 supports deposits and withdrawals via multiple payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Always check the Deposit page within your account for the current list.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ddb33 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees which are your responsibility.

• 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
• 2Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• 3ddb33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your identity and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold amount set by ddb33 at its discretion.
• 4Any balance that ddb33 reasonably suspects has been obtained through fraud, abuse of bonuses, collusion, chargebacks, or any other prohibited activity will be frozen pending investigation. If the investigation confirms prohibited activity, the balance will be forfeited in full.
• 5ddb33 is not a bank or financial institution. Funds held in your ddb33 account are held solely for gaming purposes and do not earn interest. ddb33 maintains player fund segregation to ensure your deposited balance is protected.

Gameplay and Prohibited Activities

ddb33 provides access to games supplied by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and NetEnt. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) software and are subject to the rules and payout structures defined by their respective providers. ddb33 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• 1The following activities are strictly prohibited on ddb33 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds: use of automated betting scripts or bots; exploitation of software errors or glitches to generate winnings; collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes; chargebacks initiated on deposits; and any form of money laundering.
• 2In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnection during a live casino game, server interruption, or a game round that fails to complete — ddb33 will make reasonable efforts to reinstate the game round to its state at the point of disconnection. Where this is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be refunded to the player's account.
• 3ddb33 reserves the right to void bets, cancel game rounds, and reverse credited winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a game outcome was affected by a software error, a third-party provider error, or any activity that falls within the definition of prohibited conduct set out in these Terms.
• 4ddb33 operates on a "play for real money" basis only. There is no free-to-play or demo mode available on the platform for registered users. Unregistered visitors may access demo versions of some games where provided by the game provider, but no winnings from demo play are redeemable for real money.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ddb33 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other content created by or for ddb33 — is the exclusive intellectual property of ddb33 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the ddb33 platform without the prior written consent of ddb33. Unauthorised use of platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

Account Suspension and Termination

ddb33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; failure to pass identity verification within the required timeframe; a court order or regulatory directive requiring the closure of the account; or at the account holder's own request.

Upon legitimate account closure at the player's own request (where no breach of these Terms exists), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon account closure unless they have already met the applicable wagering requirement in full.
